Visitor Promotion Activity Planned for Arab Health 2009
Personal Invitations A major ticket insert campaign will be conducted with over 150,000 tickets inserted in local and international trade press and over 200,000 personal invites will be posted out towards the end of 2008 to almost the entire population of healthcare professionals in the Middle East and neighbouring regions.
Arab Health E-News One of the most effective marketing tools we use to promote Arab Health is the monthly E-News. This is circulated to over 100,000 email addresses each month and enables regular contact with our visitor group. The E-News editorial is compiled by our in-house Scientific Correspondent and provides high quality news and information on the show. To subscribe to your free copy, click here
Email Campaigns In addition to the monthly E-news visitors will be regularly included in email broadcasts to encourage them to pre-register to visit the show.
Arab Health magazine The Arab Health magazine was launched in December 2002. This bi-monthly magazine is mailed to over 30,000 senior decision-makers throughout the GCC and is a powerful tool for us to both brand the event and also target Arab Health's visitor group.
Press Releases Arab Health 2008 will be fully publicised through a powerful PR campaign that will focus on both local and international trade press as well as mass media. Regular press releases will be distributed regularly to drive pre-show awareness of the event. Press conference A major press conference will be held just prior to the show opening. The press conference will be attended by leading officials and media.
Trade magazines Arab Health works very closely with a large number of regional and international trade and healthcare publications. For the 2008 edition of Arab Health, regular advertisements will be placed in over 20 reputed publications to ensure that the Arab Health message is carried widely.
Other publications Arab Health 2008 will be advertised in the leading Arabic and leading English language newspapers in the UAE during the build-up to the show. This will drive additional awareness of the event for the local visitor audience.
VIP Invitations Over 500 VIPs are invited to attend the opening of the exhibition. The VIP list is made up primarily of key ministerial officials within the healthcare sector as well as important diplomats from the embassies and consulates from within the UAE.
